Set of 30 Marker Cones

Set of 30  football training cones, available in Red, Yellow, Blue or Multi (6 of each colour in blue, orange, red, yellow and white). Metal carry stand provided.

If you only have one item of training equipment in your kit bag it should be a set of training cones. 

Training tip

Spread 10 or 20 cones in a random pattern in a 3m x 3m square on the training ground or your lawn. Start off slowly moving the ball around the square making sure that the ball does not touch any of the cones. Use both feet and with time increase your speed. As you get quicker over the weeks throw in a few turns and step overs.

To vary the exercise put around a dozen cones in a straight line. Weave in and out of the cones using both feet. Start off slowly trying not to touch any of the cones with the ball. Put a turn in when you reach the end and come back to where you started. Again, increase your speed over time and make sure you are using both feet.
