Payment by Cheque
If you would prefer to pay for your order by cheque rather than credit card, please fill out your personal details on the form below and then print it out and send the completed order form, together with your cheque to The Soccer Store, Unit 5 Brooks Lane Industrial Estate, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 0JG. Cheques should be made payable to 'THE SOCCER STORE'. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque. We will despatch your order once your cheque has cleared - this will normally be 3 working days from receipt of your cheque.
