Key Factors to Consider When Buying a Football Rebounder

What purpose is the football rebounder required for:

For those looking to get the most fun out of their rebounder, our 2-in-1 Rebounder target net is the best choice. The rebound net side will enable you to practice your skills whilst the target side will provide the fun, trying to hit the net from different distances. For those who need the rebounder to solely concentrate on their ball control and first touch then the adjustable rebounder would be best suited. For team training sessions, especially on astro turf then our rebound board would be a good choice as this can be used with a goal for improving shooting or volleys. The dual rebounder can be used in a similar fashion but also has the option of the rebounder to improve ball control skills. For those coaches who work mostly with with goalkeepers, the handheld rebounder is a great option to improve reactions.

Size & Rebound Surface:

Larger rebounders with give you a bigger target area and are ideal when space is unlimited and you are not looking for a portable option. Smaller rebounders are better for limited space such as gardens and are typically easier to manage and store. A 75 x 75cm or 100 x 100cm rebounder would be better suited for home use and coaches who move from venue to venue.

Net / Surface Material:

A tight, well-fastened net gives more accurate, faster rebounds. Nets that are attached with spring clips, not just wrapped elastic will make the rebounder more durable over time.

Adjustability:

Many rebounders allow you to change the angle of the net or board. A rebounder with an easily adjustable angle gives you much more flexibility in your training. This is very useful:
• Low angle: ground passes, first-touch drills and shooting drills.
• Medium angle: wall pass-style returns
• High angle: aerial returns, volleys
