Plastic Football Goals

Portable goals are usually made from plastic or to be more precise high impact uPVC. There are many brands of goals you can buy but the Samba football goals we sell at The Soccer Store are the only ones we would recommend. Our experience over the last 10 years tells us that buying anything other than a Samba Goal is false economy. The plastic used in in these goals has been tested to the relevant British Standards. They will not shatter, not matter how hard you kick a ball at them. The uPVC material is also UV resistant so they won’t become brittle when exposed to the elements over time. Steel and Aluminium goals are available but to get a good pair you will need to be paying in the region of £500 - £600 for a decent pair of goalposts. Plastic offers an affordable alternative, with a football goal starting around the £50 mark. The goal posts are made from 68mm diameter tubing. The tubing diameter is around 3mm and the joints and corner pieces are even thicker. Samba Goals really are the best quality goals you can buy.
