When do I use an ice pack?
Ice packs are great for treatment on soft tissue injuries and assist in the reduction of pain, swelling and long term damage. It is best to use the pack immediately after injury or at least within 48 hours of the injury occurring. Use the pack for ten to fifteen minutes at a time and allow for the area to return to normal temperature before using more ice packs.
The Single use ice pack can be used immediately. All you need to do is to break the seal within the pack and then shake it for a few seconds. Once used dispose of the pack responsibly.
